Install from Google Play, then paste the subscription URL from your customer page into Hiddify (same flow as in our setup guide).

Install from the App Store, add your subscription from the dashboard — we recommend Streisand for a smooth paste-and-connect flow.
Desktop users: use the subscription URL with compatible clients; mobile setup is what we highlight for parity with typical EU onboarding flows.

- Configs aligned to our network: VLESS (Reality) and, where enabled, Hysteria2 / fallbacks per your plan.
- EU-focused billing via Stripe (PCI handled by Stripe); invoices and card updates where Stripe supports them.

What is AuraX?▼
AuraX is a subscription service that gives you a secure connection profile and a subscription URL you use in third‑party clients. We focus on infrastructure and clear billing — not on shipping a closed VPN app.
Why don’t you provide your own VPN application?▼
A proprietary app would ask you to trust our binary without meaningful audit. Instead you install well‑known clients from Google Play or the App Store and paste your link — the same transparency model we used on Aura.
Which apps do you recommend on mobile?▼
Android: Hiddify (Google Play). iOS: Streisand (App Store). Detailed steps are in Setup guides — they follow the Aura flow you already approved.
What is included in the subscription?▼
Access for the paid period, dashboard with your subscription URL and configuration details, and updates when we rotate or add endpoints — subject to your plan and provisioning mode.
Monthly vs yearly — what’s the difference?▼
Same access. Yearly is billed once per year at a lower effective monthly rate. You can choose at checkout; renewal rules follow Stripe and our Terms.
How does payment work?▼
Checkout is processed by Stripe (cards and supported methods). We do not store your full card number on our servers — Stripe handles payment data according to their security standards.
Can I cancel?▼
Yes. Use the customer portal from Stripe where available, or follow the instructions in your receipt emails. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.
Do you keep logs of websites I visit?▼
We do not run a business model based on selling browsing history. Operational data may be limited to what we need for billing, abuse prevention, and service reliability — see the Privacy Policy.
Will this work on public Wi‑Fi?▼
Yes — that is a common use case. Your traffic is tunneled to our infrastructure using modern protocols; always keep your device OS and client apps updated.
Does it slow down my internet?▼
Any VPN adds some overhead — like friction in a pipe. Actual speed depends on your ISP, distance to the server, and device. We aim to keep latency and throughput reasonable for everyday use.
Is torrenting or bypassing copyright allowed?▼
You must comply with applicable laws and our Terms. Do not use the service for illegal activity; we may suspend access for abuse.
Where is the company based?▼
